That’s a Lamborghini Murcielago engine bay. The last of the Lamborghini’s I loved. The hood(?)/trunk(?)‘s top gives it away as well as the venting that comes from the side.

You are correct. It’s a clutch replacement on a Murcielago.
Here’s the engine which belongs in that big hole in the middle of the car.
